How to Get Rid of the Black Bars on Kinemaster
Ever since the new update, Kinemaster has had black bars on both sides of the video. This guide will show you how to get rid of them in just 3 steps!
Step 1: Download 'Projector' from the Google Play Store
1. Open Google Play Store, and enter Projector in the search bar.
2. Once Projector has been found, click Install. Once it has been installed, go to your device’s home screen and tap Projector by clicking once on it. When you open Projector for the first time, you will need to log in with your YouTube account that was used when originally recording video from YouTube as well as your email address and password.
Step 2: Open 'Projector'
When you open up Kinemaster and see those annoying black bars, you have a few different options. One option is stretching the video so that it fills up your entire screen - but this may make your video look distorted. Another option is selecting 'Letterbox' from the drop down menu - which will allow you to adjust how big or small you want your black bars to be.
Step 3: Use your finger to cover up part of an image you want displayed full screen (so there will be no more black bars) and hit 'cast'.
On your TV screen, use your finger to cover up part of an image you want displayed full screen (so there will be no more black bars) and hit 'cast'. This is easier with a tablet or phone. The chosen video will now be shown full screen. When you are finished viewing this full-screened version, exit out by hitting 'back' on your remote control until you're back in Chromecast's home screen again.
Step 4: Connect your device to your Chromecast device.
Streaming media from your device onto your TV sounds too good to be true, right? Well, it's not! All you need is a Chromecast and Android phone or tablet. Follow these four easy steps:
-Connect your device to your Chromecast device. (optional)
-Find the video you want to watch.
-Press play and start streaming.
-Sit back and enjoy!
Step 5: Project whatever you are casting onto the TV (in this case, it was pictures downloaded off Instagram).
5. Project whatever you are casting onto the TV (in this case, it was pictures downloaded off Instagram). The final step is projection and it's a lot easier than one might think. Simply drag and drop any image file (.jpg, .jpeg, .png) into your media folder. In Media --> Video --> Pictures or Drawings tab and create an album.
